WEEK ONE
Attention SIHH staff : New policy in place. It is mandatory that you keep notes on your client on each shift . Such as eating times,treatments physical therapy visits. Clothing needs. Overall observations of the client. You will need to enter the “client notes” online! This is part of you job responsibilities.
More than three shifts of missed notes is grounds for termination. If you have further questions contact your supervisor Arica Mcgary and she will get back to you.
